Senior Talent Manager – Free Focus Management

Overview:
We are looking for a new senior talent manager to join our team here at Free Focus. The ideal candidate would be an individual with existing talent relationships, and several years in the industry managing talent under their belt. We’d love someone with a clear idea of the kind of creators they’d like to work with, who complements the ethos of the company, and who has an ambitious nature.
Your role would be to establish and manage a roster of talent under the guidance of the talent director and managing directors. You should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize your workload to best support your roster while delivering excellent communication skills whether in person, by phone or by email.
The role:
Establishing and managing a roster of talent.
Developing and advising on career strategy with talent (including but not limited to commercial partnerships, brand building, music, TV, radio, literary and events).
Negotiating fees and contracts.
Campaign management.
Managing press and media activity for talent.
Finance and invoicing.
Proactively develop relationships with brands, agencies and like-minded partners across the industry.
Line management of talent co-ordinators as delegated to you by the Managing Directors.
Identifying company growth opportunities.
Assisting senior management with company strategy and budgeting.
Stay up to date and have a strong understanding of the world of talent management, entertainment, influencers, contracts, usage rights, and partnerships.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong interest and understanding of the world of influencers.
4+ years’ experience working in talent management.
The ability to balance the creative vision of a talent with financial understanding.
Strong communicator.
Detail-orientated and highly organised.
Strong ability with Office 365, Google Workspace and all associated software.
Hardworking and pro-active.
Desire to learn and develop.
Business-minded.
Works well in a team.
